The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care (the Commission), in partnership with The George Institute for Global Health and Sepsis Australia invites healthcare professionals like you to participate in an important survey aimed at improving care coordination, discharge planning, and post-sepsis support.

Your input can make a difference
As a professional committed to enhancing patient outcomes, your insights will contribute to a comprehensive model for sepsis care. The findings from this survey, along with interviews and the perspectives of sepsis survivors, families, carers, and those bereaved by sepsis, will guide the development of care principles and support future investment in sepsis care.
